How returns work
Log in to your account, open the order, and click "Return item". Or email returns@medibro.co.uk with your order number.
We'll email you a returns form. Pack your items securely and post to our returns address. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is defective.
Once received and inspected (1–2 working days), we'll approve your return and issue the refund.
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 3–5 working days of approval.
Eligible for return
- Unopened products in original packaging
- Products within 14 days of delivery (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
- Defective, damaged, or incorrectly dispatched items (up to 30 days)
- Subscription orders — cancel anytime, refund for unused dispatches
Not eligible for return
- Opened perishable products (unless defective)
- Products with broken hygiene seals
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Products purchased in promotions marked final sale
