Minimal packaging
LiveWe ship in the smallest box that fits your order. No filler, no excessive wrapping. Cardboard is 100% recyclable.
Recyclable materials
LiveAll outer packaging is fully recyclable. We're phasing out plastic void fill — replaced with kraft paper shredding from 2024.
Plastic reduction programme
In progressWe're auditing all product lines for single-use plastic. Glass bottles and card-backed blisters are being prioritised for new products.
Consolidated shipping
LiveWe batch-consolidate orders to maximise van fill rates. Our UK courier partners are transitioning their fleet to EVs.
UK-first sourcing
OngoingWe prioritise UK and European manufacturers over intercontinental supply chains where quality is equivalent. Shorter logistics = lower emissions.
No animal testing
PolicyWe never test on animals and don't stock products from manufacturers who do. Third-party safety testing uses in vitro and clinical methods only.
Where we're being honest
Greenwashing damages trust. These are the areas where we have limitations we haven't solved yet.

We only stock products from Good Manufacturing Practice-certified facilities. GMP audits ensure consistent quality and minimal waste.
Cruelty-free
No animal testing at any stage. We verify this through manufacturer declarations and select brands with leaping bunny accreditation where available.
Third-party tested
Independent testing verifies purity and potency — reducing the likelihood of over-manufacturing and waste from batch failures.
