Delivery FAQs
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 2 pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm or on weekends are dispatched the next working day.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland, Scotland, or the Channel Islands?
We deliver to all mainland UK addresses. Delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands may take an additional 1–2 working days and cannot be guaranteed for next-day express.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order from your account dashboard or our public tracking page.
What happens if I'm not home?
Your courier will attempt redelivery the following day, or leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour. If unsuccessful, the parcel will be held at your local depot for 5 days.
My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?
If your order is more than 5 working days late, please contact us. We'll investigate with the courier and reship or refund if necessary.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Contact us immediately at support@medibro.co.uk. We can amend your address if the order hasn't been dispatched yet.
