Medibro Ltd ("Medibro", "we", "us", "our") operates the website medibro.co.uk and sells vitamins, supplements, and wellness products to customers in the United Kingdom.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and any purchase made through it.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Medibro. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Some products may have additional age restrictions.

Our products are intended for use by healthy adults. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medication, consult your doctor before use.

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including stock errors or fraudulent payment.

Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a price is incorrect, we will contact you before fulfilling the order.

We accept major debit/credit cards, and other payment methods shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

For bank transfer orders, payment must be received within 48 hours or your order will be cancelled.

We deliver to mainland UK addresses. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery.

• Express delivery: next working day (for orders placed before 2pm)
• Free standard delivery on orders over £40

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or events outside our control.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason, for a full refund. Products must be returned unused and in original packaging.

Opened products and perishable goods may not be eligible for return unless defective. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is faulty.

We endeavour to ensure all product information is accurate. However, manufacturers may change formulations, packaging, or nutritional information without prior notice. Always check product labels before use.

Our products are food supplements and are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

Medibro Rewards points are awarded on eligible purchases. Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and expire if your account is inactive for 24 months. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty programme with reasonable notice.

Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to individual terms and cannot be combined unless expressly stated. We reserve the right to withdraw any promotion at any time.

All content on medibro.co.uk — including text, images, logos, and code — is owned by or licensed to Medibro Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with these terms or your use of our site shall not exceed the value of your most recent order.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or pure economic loss arising from use of our products or website, except where liability cannot be excluded by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
